Impact of Rice Seed Production, Processing, and Distribution Training on the Stakeholders in Bangladesh

The study examined the impact of rice seed production, processing, and distribution training on stakeholders. Ten one-day events were conducted by Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) funded International Rice Research Institute (IRRI). Sample size trainees included 199 dealers, 62 growers, 29 dealers cum growers across four divisions Bangladesh. perceived was determined employing a t-test. Almost all stakeholders showed improvement in their learning subjects designed correlation between knowledge before after sessions highly correlated.. Dealers expressed views moderate use outcomes determining demand, storage, sale, whereas dealer optimistic about using skills obtained storing, marketing better way. Significant changes favorable perceptions observed among for utilization seed.
